Registration Fee Categories

Registration and payment must be submitted via the SICB Web site or postmarked (credit card registration can be faxed) by Friday, December 3, 1999, to qualify for early registration fees. All Registration Forms received after Friday, December 3, 1999 are at the late registration fees. If early registration fees are included with your form, the balance due will be collected on-site before you can receive your badge and meeting materials.
Member fees are available to SICB members and members of co-sponsoring societies: ABS, AMS, ISIRD, SVP and TCS.
To join SICB and receive the lower member registration fee, fill out Part VI of the registration form.

Forms of Payment

SICB accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Credit card payments will be charged in United States currency (USD). Registrations accepted on the SICB Web site or by fax must include credit card information.
Checks and money orders (USD) should be made payable to the Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology (SICB). Regrettably, purchase orders are not accepted.
Please complete all requested information in the space provided on the Registration Form. Incomplete information will cause a delay in the processing of your registration. Individuals will not be registered nor will space be held without full payment.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your registration, incorporate all requested changes in a letter, and fax it to the SICB Business Office, 312/527-6705. Changes are accepted through Friday, December 3, 1999.
All registration refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked by December 3, 1999. Mail or fax (312/527-6705) your refund request to the SICB Business Office. There is a $35 processing fee for cancellation. Please allow four weeks for processing refunds. No refund requests will be honored after Friday, December 3, 1999.
